Spiritualist, academician, philosopher Pt CK Sinha, mesmerized the gathering organized by a few enterprising Bishnupriya Manipuri youngsters on the 8th March 2009, New Delhi.
Accompanied by Girok Swapan Sinha & Girok Madhav Sinha, the team led us back to our roots, identity, future. Pt CK Sinha laid special emphasis on making the Namsha, the Nukun and the Kathisuri as integral parts of a Bishnupriya Manipuri's life.
( An article to me is at times boring. They are sometimes, untrue, manipulated, self serving and in some cases downright pretentious. However, a letter I feel is more forthcoming in its very DNA. You complain, praise, abuse, talk, write – and its likely to be very honest. This letter emailed to us by Biswajit Chatterjee is something we wanted to share in it's own entity. Initially we were planning to put it up in the site's 'Feedback' section as a natural instinct. However something about the letter changed our minds. No. It doesn't have bombastic words or complex sentences. It doesn't even have anything new to say. Thats perhaps not the writer's intention. But Biswajit Chatterjee does put across to us a powerful thought. A very powerful thought.
